We walked in and was greeted with a smile. At the kiosk placing our order and being unfamiliar with it was offered help. We navigated through the process. He was there to help. Our food was freshly prepared and wait wasn't to bad. Food was great. The cleanliness of this establishment was far above the last 2 Steak and Shakes We visited. We walked in and walked right out of the one 20 miles away. I let him know this. The white and black floor has to be very difficult to keep clean. But it was . I feel like if we want to eat at Steak and Shake we need to drive to Collinsville.

Just have to say that this location is phenomenal. I’ve never had any issues out of them and I even show up after 11pm usually since I also work in food service and they are still very kind. My order is always correct and hot as well.

Honestly, I wish we had some where I live because the fries were really good and the burger was on point for fast food! The milkshake was phenomenal!! Could be the location itself or maybe it's every Steak 'n Shake but either way, I was very pleased!

WOW! We just visited this S&S location (indoors) for the first time since before COVID shut everything down. It's very clean, ordering is now all automated (like McD's or Shake Shack order screens), and sodas are self-serve. The order process was very quick & easy. All machines take cards except for the one which also takes cash. They've done an excellent job updating their system & process! If you haven't been here in a while, give them a try. Very friendly & convenient service!
